Setup Made Simple: All we need is a communal space where we can set up a table and a few display racks, and we’ll handle the rest!

Resident Involvement

We collaborate with staff to encourage resident participation on the day to make it an inclusive and enjoyable activity for all.

Sizing and general preferences can also be confirmed ahead of time, ensuring we bring relevant items with us on the day.

Before a scheduled visit, residents (or their family and loved ones) may browse our store and request that we bring specific items on our next onsite session, which they can then view and try items on in the comfort and safety of their environment.

Family Invitations

Facilities can notify families about upcoming Redbird visits via posters, newsletters, or emails. We are happy to help with the communication and outreach process as well by inviting family or loved ones to join our mailing list for regular updates.

Year-Round Shopping Access

Residents can browse and order from our online store anytime, ensuring they’re not limited to in-person visits
