If your order exceeds $100, free shipping will apply.

Purchases are processed on the first business day following purchase. Items that do not require name tags will normally be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. For items being sent with name tags, the package will normally be prepared and shipped within 1-3 business days. The extra day is to ensure we have double-checked with the customer on the correct information for tags.

We use Australia Post for most items. Tracking numbers are sent to your mobile directly by AP. Delivery times are generally between 2-4 days following preparation and processing.
