Personalised Name Tagging
- Resident name tag applications are available on all new pre-purchased items. If requested at the point of order/sale, delivered goods will come with the resident's name pre-applied
- Residents may also request name tagging for their existing clothing. Once an order is submitted, the name tags will be delivered ready for application.
Pre-Arranged Preferences
With the assistance of family or care home staff, residents can request pre-selected items, including size, colour, or garment type, which we can bring on our next visit. We will accommodate custom requests whenever possible, as long as they fall within our existing stock ranges. (Customers will soon be able to order directly from our site once our online store is active).
Easy Payment
Convenient credit card or cash payment options are available onsite. Our online store accepts most major credit and debit card facilities.
Gift Vouchers
Gift vouchers are available for purchase from our site. Perfect for birthdays, holidays, or just to let a resident know you are thinking of them. Vouchers can be redeemed during facility visits or on our upcoming online store.
Supply Pathways
Our inventory is sourced from ethical providers and we choose local suppliers wherever possible while prioritising clothing quality and comfort. We keep our costs down by securing the best commercial relationships with our suppliers, and we also utilise quality worn once returns, end-of-season, or category run-out occasion wear stock via our stakeholder and retail channels.
