    Family and loved ones can schedule our shopping visit dates into their diary to use this activity as a special opportunity to enjoy spending time together.

    Personalised Name Tagging

    • Resident name tag applications are available on all new pre-purchased items. If requested at the point of order/sale, delivered goods will come with the resident's name pre-applied
    • Residents may also request name tagging for their existing clothing. Once an order is submitted, the name tags will be delivered ready for application.

    Pre-Arranged Preferences

    With the assistance of family or care home staff, residents can request pre-selected items, including size, colour, or garment type, which we can bring on our next visit. We will accommodate custom requests whenever possible, as long as they fall within our existing stock ranges. (Customers will soon be able to order directly from our site once our online store is active).

    We provide quality garments that meet customer expectations for comfort, security, ease of wear and hassle-free laundry. With convenience, beauty, and practicality in mind, we stock a range of daywear and special occasion items in various styles, colours, and sizes.

    Supply Pathways

    Our inventory is sourced from ethical providers and we choose local suppliers wherever possible while prioritising clothing quality and comfort. We keep our costs down by securing the best commercial relationships with our suppliers, and we also utilise quality worn once returns, end-of-season, or category run-out occasion wear stock via our stakeholder and retail channels.

    Clothing Tag Sensitivity

    Apparel tags can sometimes cause irritation or discomfort, so all our Redbird branding clothing items do not have sewn-in brand tags. Instead, a small film transfer with the Redbird brand is applied at the point of manufacture. If you require us to remove other brand labels on our main stock, please let us know and we will do that for you as part of our processing and shipping process.
